Movement Is Life!

Movement IS life!!

Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, even financially,…  movement is life.

No matter what age or station.  In good health. In recovery. Movement is life.

And to take it a step further.  Purposeful movement is life on purpose!

You learn to crawl, stand, walk, and then run.

Nothing happens until you move!
